• Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages beyond the greater of one dollar or amounts paid to The Company in the prior month.

• Attempt reverse engineering or interfere with Platform security, integrity or functionality; defeat or circumvent security controls.

• Resell, transfer, syndicate, or otherwise provide access to Platform services or third-party content to others outside authorized users without consent.

• Use the Platform for law enforcement surveillance or intelligence gathering, or target individuals on sensitive personal criteria (e.g. health, finance, activism).

• Abuse Platform performance or degrade service for others (e.g., excessive queries, abusive automation).

• Upload viruses, malware, or any harmful code or content.

3. Acceptable Use Policy: Social Network Terms

• Where Platform connects to third-party social networks, you must comply with each network’s terms and conditions for use of their services and data.
